Returns & Refunds Policy

All dolls are made to order after your purchase is placed.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the issue to help resolve the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
